Subscribe Guide by Device

Apple Devices:

  • Tapping the Apple Calendar link will open a prompt. Approve to add it.
  • Calendar will appear under “Other” in your Calendar app and sync automatically.

Google Calendar:

  • Clicking the link will open Google Calendar in your browser.
  • If prompted, log in. You’ll see a prompt to add the calendar. Click “Add.”
  • The calendar will sync across all devices linked to this Google account.
  • Occasionally you may need to enable its visibility in your app via Settings > Calendars to show.

Microsoft Outlook (365/Live):

  • You’ll be prompted to log in if you’re not already.
  • Outlook will open its “Add Calendar” dialog, pre-filled with the subscription address. Confirm to finish.

Other:

  • Use “Copy URL” to manually subscribe in other calendar software (instructions may vary by app).
Troubleshooting & Common Questions

Q: I clicked the link, but don’t see any events.
A: Make sure you approved the subscription prompt. On some devices/apps, you may also need to enable the new calendar in your Calendar/Settings menu.

Q: Will I get future event changes and additions automatically?
A: Yes! As long as you subscribed (rather than imported), updates are automatic.

Q: It’s asking for a username or password.
A: None is needed for our school calendar. If the app insists, double-check you’re using one of the platform links above and not trying to “import” or “download.”
