I have a strong passion for meeting students were they are academically, emotionally and physically. I enjoy teaching students about how their body works and how uniquely they are made in Christ’s image. I love helping students learn what they are capable of with just-right challenges and pairing therapeutic intervention with academic based activities. It gives students an intrinsic motivation to participate in a play based environment while also learning. In my spare time I love to garden with my husband, go kayaking, camping, spending time with my family and friends, playing board games, scrapbooking, and crafting. Currently, my husband and I are going through the adoption process to adopt an infant. This is exciting and new!
